1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 55kbd platform and all its services. 55kbd is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.

• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

55kbd may request identity verification documents at any time. These documents typically include:

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

55kbd currently accepts payments via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment terms are as follows:

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 55kbd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

55kbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• Applicable terms and conditions must be met in order to claim a bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 55kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been met. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x, a BDT 100 bonus requires a total of BDT 1,000 in wagers before withdrawal. 5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets at 55kbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 55kbd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In accumulator (parlay) bets, all selections must win to receive the full payout.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55kbd platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Opening an account or making payments using false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• System Manipulation: Exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse: Threatening or disrespectful behavior toward customer care staff or other members.
